Use of the website :

Otomi Tequila will never charge your account or credit card when receiving your order from this site if you select bank deposit or branch payment.

General purchasing process:
The general purchasing process is:

Shipping:
- We have a shipping service for the USA either through logistical support or external freight services and its cost is not included in the sale price unless the product is marked with "Free Shipping"
- The shipping time once your order is confirmed is normally 1 to 3 business days. In the event of an unforeseen event, our agents will contact you to provide you with the information and request your authorization.
- When placing your order, please check the availability of the merchandise and the shipping method as some restrictions, purchase minimums and coverage areas apply.
- When an order is requested as "Freight collect" the customer agrees that the shipping amount is generated directly by the shipping company and agrees to pay it subject to their policies.
Shipping Responsibility:
- Our shipping responsibility ends when you deliver your order to the shipping company. Once the corresponding invoice has been issued, Tequila Otomi will not be able to re-invoice or issue subsequent invoices.
For reasons of transparency and systems, we cannot modify product descriptions, use other concepts or change a payment method other than the actual one. We also cannot make split invoices, the invoice is made the same as the order requested by the client.
